Studio Overview

This studio is like nothing else out there!  Kult Fitness is Canada’s first VersaClimber studio offering both climbing and total body HIIT classes.

The team at Kult are a fun group of unapologetic, high energy, instructors that will push you to a new level.  If you need even more to get you going the dark rooms, flashing lights, and loud base pumping beats are sure to amp you up.

Climb is a full body cardio class on the VersaClimber.  If you don’t know what that is, the VersaClimber is a unique piece of cardio equipment mimicking the natural motion of climbing a vertical rock.  In this class you’ll work all major muscle groups simultaneously while getting a crazy cardio workout.  These 30-minute classes are challenging, time-effective, and zero-impact on your joints.  Tone your whole body and burn 22 calories per minute.

Kitchen is a HIIT style strength class that focuses on specific body parts each day of the week.  There are Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, Detox, and Booty classes. You will use a variety of equipment including TRX, medicine balls, kettlebells, free-weights, Skillmill, step benches and way more!  No two classes are alike and every class will make you work!

Booking and Cancelling Classes

Book classes up to 1 week in advance

Cancellations within 6 hours (or less). A class will be deducted from your membership for any late cancels or no shows.

If you are not present and signed in 10 minutes before class, you may lose your spot to a waitlisted client.


Parking: There’s free parking on the street outside of the studio as well as the first 2 rows of the parking lot.

Etiquette: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class, leave your shoes at the door, and if you drove tell the person at the desk your licence plate for free parking.  Other than that, all you need to bring is yourself, workout gear, water bottle and you are good to go.
