COR.Fit is an obstacle race focused training facility. They offer a wide range of classes to get you into to shape whether it be for an Obstacle Course Race (OCR) or general fitness. They also offer CrossFit style classes that incorporate an obstacle spin, as well as HIIT and strength-based classes. You’re going to have blast with their instructors, but make no mistakes… you will find muscles you didn’t know you had.

Book classes up to 2 weeks in advance
Cancellations within 2 hours (or less). A class will be deducted from your membership for any late cancels or no shows.
If you are not present, and signed in 10 minutes before class you may lose your spot to a wait-listed client.
Parking: Plenty of free parking is available.
Etiquette: All you need to bring is yourself, workout gear, water bottle and you are good to go. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to fill out a waiver and get checked in for class. If you have any injuries please let the trainer know before the start of the class.
