CrossFit is best described as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on just that, functional movements. These movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. They are the core movements of life. The Cityscape team is made up of certified, experienced and motivating coaches that have one main goal in common – to create an environment that encourages results. You will always be presented with a safe and effective training environment to improve your health, fitness and quality of life.
Cityscape is located in the heart of downtown Calgary making it a great workout spot for people that work and live close to the Core. Plus, they are conveniently located on the LRT line and only steps from the nearest +15 entrance.
Provided: Lockers (bring a lock), Showers, Shampoo and Body Wash, Water Station. If you feel you need just a little extra help, you’re welcome to stick around after class to work on skill. One of the amazing Cityscape coaches will be more than happy to give you a few pointers.
For Purchase: Towel Rental ($2), Bottle water, coconut water. If you’d like a little more help on your form, then one hour personal training sessions could take you to the next level.

Cancellations within 1 hour (or less). A class will be deducted from your membership for any late cancels or no shows.
If you are not present, and signed in 10 minutes before class you may lose your spot to a wait-listed client
Parking: Being in the heart of downtown and on the C-Train line parking is located only in paid locations downtown (be sure to read street parking signs carefully) free street parking starts at 6pm
Etiquette: Please arrive 10-15 min before your workout and sign up for class in advance. Check in with the front desk staff or coach upon arrival. After that, Cityscape has everything else covered so all you need is your workout clothes and shoes. Class includes warm-up and movement review to ensure proper technique, form and one great work out.
