FFP FAQ

  • Does Freedom Fit Pass have a mobile app?

    No. Instead we decided to integrate with MINDBODY – the app most people use already. Here’s how it works – Freedom Fit memberships can only purchased on our website (we won’t show up on MINDBODY), and after you sign up you book classes with our partner studios using the MINDBODY App.

  • What if I want to cancel my membership?

    As much as we don’t want to see you go we want to make this process as painless as possible. There’s nothing worse than a drawn out breakup right? No need to contact us or deal with a rep that will try to convince you to stay. You can handle this all yourself. Here’s how: To Terminate your membership log into your account here. Once you’re in you should land on your Account page. Find the “Autopay” section at the bottom and select “Terminate” on the far right.

  • Can I upgrade, downgrade or change my membership?

    Of course you can! To change your membership you can contact us at support@freedomfitpass.com and we can do it for you. Or you can do it yourself by cancelling the membership you’re currently using and repurchase the preferred one. You can do all this by logging into your account here.
    Special Note – If you have a promotion or referral credits on your account we want to make sure those transfer over properly so contact us at support@freedomfitpass.com and we’ll make the changes for you.

  • Are there any hold or reinstatement fees if I cancel my membership?

    Nope. You can come and go as you please with no fees attached. One thing to keep in mind though is that if you straight cancel your membership you’ll be letting go of any existing promotions or referral credits you have on your account. Contact us at support@freedomfitpass.com if you want to hold your membership for 3 months or less, and we’ll do this at no charge then reinstate it when you’re ready.

  • Do my unused classes rollover to next month?

    Sadly no – it’s a use them or lose them kind of thing. We know you’re going to pull out the calculator on this one so we’ve punched the numbers for you. Even if you don’t max out your membership you’re still getting great value compared to paying drop ins or having passes all over the city that you may not want to use anymore (or forget you have).

  • What if I need to cancel a class?

    Having to change plans is annoying but cancelling a Freedom Fit Class is just as easy as doing it through that studio directly. Here’s how: go to the MINDBODY app and cancel your reserved class. Boom Done! As long as you’re within the studio specific allowable window you’re good to go.
    As a heads up our partner studio cancellation windows vary and this applies to each studio individually so make sure you know what timing they request and you’re within it, otherwise you’ll be charged a cancel fee by our partner studio. (Cancellation windows range from 1-4 hours prior to class and late charge’s range from $15-$25)

  • Can I drop into a class without making a reservation?

    Freedom Fit Members can access studio classes just like they are normal members, so of course you can try to drop in! We can’t guarantee there will be a spot available but it’s an option if you want to try.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    Nope. No hold fees, no reactivation fees, no cancellation fees, nothing. Not by us at least. The only additional fee you may incur is if you late cancel or no show for a class. This will be charged to you directly by our partner studio and ranges from $15-25 depending on the studio.

  • If I run out of classes can I buy more?

    If you find yourself running out of classes you may want to consider upgrading your membership.

  • Can I use my membership in other cities?

    No. We are a YYC community focused company and we are all about supporting local. That’s not to say we won’t eventually be in other cities, but for now we are focused on Calgary.

  • Where do I go to view my FFP Account info?

    Easy, go to Member Login on our website (top right corner of every page), enter your credentials and voila! Here you can check the number of session you have left in your current cycle, view your account info, pay dates, expiry dates, and update billing info.
